Our property management division has an enviable and long standing reputation spanning 28 years for providing quality personal service to local and overseas property owners and investors.
Our team includes experienced property managers (see below) and the support of Merrilyn Wiley (Office Manager) and James Manning (IT Manager), using the latest technology and systems to provide consistent and dependable results.
Narelle and her family have lived in the Western suburbs for over 12 years. Narelle’s historical knowledge and understanding of the way of life in her local community is second to none.
Three years ago, after six successful years in the real estate industry, Narelle decided to join the highly regarded Nanette Lilley Property Centre where her success and reputation has continued to grow.
Narelle is a fully licensed Real Estate Consultant and Property Manager with a Certificate IV level of achievement. Narelle is always prepared to go the extra mile when looking after her clients needs. Her wide experience enables her to easily match properties and suitable tenants maximising the return for our owners.
Communication between clients and their agents is a common frustration throughout the estate agency industry. Narelle has made a conscious decision to make this a priority ensuring her clients receive regular feedback throughout every stage of the letting process and on an ongoing basis.
Narelle has many qualities but she is admired for her pleasant personality, energy, excellent computer and organizational skills and complete dedication to her career. She is very approachable and well like by her fellow staff, lessors and tenants.
Joining us during 2006, Cheryl has enjoyed a long and rewarding career in corporate and educational administration and more recently in residential townhouse management. In an industry where attention to detail is essential, Cheryl has added value to all aspects of our property management department through her thorough knowledge of systems combined with a warm and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
Jenny Henshaw has had many years of experience in managing large portfolios and joined us in 2007. She is an established and valuable member of our Property Management team bringing a wide range of skills and professionalism to service our many valuable clients.
Merrilyn has been with Nanette and her sales team for 19 years. During that time she has provided a solid support base for the sales and property management teams. Her wealth of knowledge and experience in property sales and development enables her to provide exceptional customer service.
Nanette takes pleasure in acknowledging that the success of the company has been enhanced by the outstanding customer service, loyalty and a caring attitude that Merrilyn has provided to both staff and clients.
James has been working with the Nanette Lilley team for 19 years and during that time has supported both our property management and sales teams. During the past 19 years James has used his exceptional IT skills to enhance client services and provide a dedicated approach to internet marketing, property presentation and personal customer service.
James' early experience with Nanette Lilley Property Centre was in the area of property management and he has remained well versed in the development of technologies relating to this department.
